Isha Bhardwaj is working as an Assistant Professor, School of Management, IMS University Courses Campus Ghaziabad. She is pure academician and having more than 16 years of teaching experience in various HR – related courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. She has an extensive background in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Compensation and Benefits, and Strategic HR Management. She has participated in several National and International Conferences and presented and published several research, Papers. She advises students on research projects, career paths in HR, and provides guidance on navigating the academic world.  Earlier she was associated with ABES Engineering College, IPEM College Ghaziabad. She has two copyrights with her name. She has organized various workshops on best HR practices and innovative approaches to people management.
